A comprehensive assessment was conducted based on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) evaluation framework from the Employer Branding Institute (EBI), consisting of 10 major categories, 21 dimensions, and 104 evaluation indicators. The benchmarks and norms were established using a research database from their DEI Analytics Platforms, comprising 3,098 corporate samples. Additionally, data from 506 enterprises that applied for the "2023 DEI Employer ® Awards (China)" were incorporated into the analysis.
